Since 2021, Lighthouse Cove has honored a DSP who embodies the NADSP Code of Ethics, goes above and beyond industry standards, and demonstrates exceptional commitment to the people they support.
Each year, the DSP of the Year is celebrated during our DSP Recognition Event, where the recipient is presented with this prestigious honor and recognition for their outstanding contributions. The nominating organization will also be recognized for helping shine a spotlight on this incredible DSP.
The 2026 DSP of the Year will receive:
