In 2021, Lighthouse Cove began awarding the “DSP of the Year” title to a professional who embodies NADSP’s Code of Ethics, and who regularly performs above and beyond current industry standards. Since then, each September’s DSP Recognition Event has included the official “DSP of the Year” announcement and award ceremony, in which the selected nominee is presented with this prestigious title, a substantial cash prize, and other perks. Lighthouse Cove also specially recognizes the awardee’s nominating organization.

The nomination form typically opens about 2 months prior to the DSP Recognition Event, and it usually closes about 2 weeks before the event. The nominator and awardee are contacted once results are tabulated, ahead of the event.

2026 DSP Of The Year Nominations

Do you know a DSP that embodies the NADSP Code of Ethics and goes above and beyond what is asked of them? If so, please consider nominating them for Lighthouse Cove’s 2026 DSP of the Year award!

The deadline for nominations is Tuesday, September 1st, the winner will be contacted ahead of time and officially announced at the DSP Recognition Event.
