Leadership is more than a position\, and it’s needed at all levels of an organization – to mentor\, to innovate\, and to keep the organization on track and moving forward. Cultivating leadership strengthens an organization\, and refines efficiency\, effectiveness\, and resilience. \n\n\n\nLighthouse Cove developed Leadership LAUNCHpad (LLP) to help with those strengthening and refining processes. It’s a unique retreat\, immersing each participant in a leadership-themed environment shared with like-minded people. Every retreat is its own universe\, separate from “the outside world\,” so participants are empowered to concentrate on personal development\, exercise networking skills\, and re-enter the day-to-day with a clearer sense of their leadership identities.

SUMMARY:Meeting: DSP & FLS Councils
DESCRIPTION:Lighthouse Cove’s DSP and Frontline Supervisor Councils are two separate groups made up of leading professionals that help keep Lighthouse Cove’s Board of Directors and the Lighthouse Cove team\, and a supportive and representative role for their fellow DSPs. \n\n\n\nEach Council meets quarterly – either in person or virtually – to discuss issues affecting DSPs and Frontline Supervisors\, respectively. Both groups formulate and offer recommendations to Lighthouse Cove related to the execution of our mission\, including improving service delivery and job satisfaction. Council members play a significant part in planning Lighthouse Cove’s annual Summit and DSP Recognition Event\, and in other regular programming. Each member serves a term of two (2) years.
