SUMMARY:DSP & FLS Councils Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Lighthouse Cove’s DSP and Frontline Supervisor Councils are two separate groups made up of leading professionals that help keep Lighthouse Cove’s Board of Directors and the Lighthouse Cove team informed about the frontline experience. They act in supportive and representative roles for their fellow DSPs and Supervisors. The groups combine for an annual retreat at which they review the Councils’ achievements\, collaborate on and develop new Council-led initiatives\, and help plan for Lighthouse Cove’s marquee programs\, including the annual DSP Recognition Event and Summit.
